2- Technical Skills
We'll focus on refining your grips, strokes, footwork, and serve, making sure each movement is efficient and effective with low input but high output. Technicality is the foundation of tennis, without an efficient technique you will be limited in your tennis game. During my coaching sessions, I will make sure
3- Tactical Skills
Learn how to outsmart your opponents with strategic shot placement, positioning, and game plans suited to your strengths.
