Player’s Guide to Learn and Understand all the Tennis Fundamentals
By Louka
For the past few years, I've had the privilege of helping a diverse range of people learn tennis, from beginners picking up a racket for the first time to competitive players with a UTR over 10. Working with all these players has deepened my own understanding of the sport. In fact, I only truly understood the fundamentals of tennis when I began teaching others.
Seeing the positive results and receiving valuable feedback inspired me to create a learning process that makes tennis accessible, effective, and enjoyable for more people. My approach combines the principles of physics and biomechanics to optimize technique, paired with a strategic framework that accelerates learning. While there's no one-size-fits-all method, I’m continually refining this process to help as many players as possible of all abilities learn to play well in a shorter amount of time based on my research and experience.
